All products sold by Limitless Peptides are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) compounds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — lyophilised research compounds that require specific storage and handling conditions — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and quality assurance of every product we sell.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. To assist us, please have the following ready:

A clear photo of the product and packaging as received
A brief description of the issue

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been packed and handed to our shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment Disputes

If you have made a bank transfer payment but wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly in the first instance so we can resolve the matter quickly. We are committed to fair and transparent dealings with all of our customers.
